- Block Project Manager / Area Coordinator: Graduate Degree in any discipline
- Livelihood Specialist: Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Agriculture, Dairy, Fisheries, Horticulture, Rural Management, Food Technology or related fields OR relevant Graduate Degree
- Accountant: B.Com Degree
- Office Assistant: Graduate Degree + Hindi & English Typing
- Community Coordinator: Graduate (Male) / Intermediate (Female)
- Block IT Executive: B.Tech (CS/IT) / BCA / B.Sc IT / PGDCA + Typing Knowledge
